This Privacy Policy determines the personal data protection principles and fulfills disclosure duties regarding transparency and clarity of our policies in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016.679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.

2. Hosting services delivered by an external service provider

As part of a data processing agreement – the external service provider H88 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Franklina Roosevelta 22, 60–829, Poznań; National Court Register Number (KRAJOWY REJESTR SĄDOWY, KRS): 0000612359, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7822622168 performs services concerning hosting and presentation of our websites on our behalf. All the data that – in the manner described in this Privacy Policy – has been collected as part of using our website or forms provided for this purpose upon registration, shall be stored on H88 S.A. servers. Processing on other servers is carried out only to the extent specified in this Privacy Policy. This service provider is based in an EU or EEA member state.

3. Access data and hosting

You can access our website without providing your personal data. Whenever the website is called up, the server automatically saves only so-called server logs, such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of calling up the website, amount of data and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the website call.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us by contacting us (e.g. using the contact form or via e-mail).

4. Using Google (Universal) Analytics for the purposes of web analytics

Our website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a Google, Inc.’s web analytics tool (www.google.com). This is intended to protect our legitimate interest, consisting in the optimal presentation of our offer. The Google Analytics tool uses the methods that enable analysis of the use of our website – for example cookies. Automatically collected information about your use of our website is usually transferred to the Google server in the United States and stored there. Through IP anonymization used on our website, your IP address will be truncated before being transferred further in EU Member States or in other states that are parties to the EEA Agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there.

Google LLC is based in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. In the agreement between the USA and European Commission, an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield has been determined.

The website www.taxoffice.pro uses cookies that may contain personal data in the form of an IP number, but their use is anonymized, so they are not saved or stored. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to their full name, Personal Identification Number [PESEL], address, e-mail, one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person, submitted by users through www.taxoffice.pro.

7. Purpose of processing

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

using the www.taxoffice.pro functionality;

contact with the User, in particular in order to respond to the User’s inquiry;

controller’s marketing activities;

providing a newsletter service.

Information on the recipients of the basic data

Personal data in the system may be made available and shared with third parties. This will not affect obligations of the controller resulting from generally applicable legal provisions.

Sharing data is processed based on the authorization granted in accordance with relevant provisions. Data transfer is carried out on the basis of relevant agreements ensuring the security of the transferred data.

8. Transfer to third countries

Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries.

9. Rights of the owners of personal data

Data subjects are authorized to:

– access their personal data

– rectify their personal data

– demand erasure of their personal data

– restrict processing their personal data

– object to the processing of their personal data

10. Legal grounds for data processing

Legal grounds for our processing of personal data in the system are as follows:

– fulfillment of legal obligations resulting from the applicable provisions of law

– keeping anonymous statistics in order to improve system operation

– give consent to the processing of personal data stored in the system for a specific and indicated purpose

11. Data retention period

Data is stored in our system for as long as it is necessary to provide the service for the purposes of which the data was collected and as long as we have a legal basis to do this.

We store data that the law requires us to store, in accordance with the requirements that are set forth in the applicable regulations.

Any other data is deleted immediately after completion of the service for the purposes of which it was collected, and in the case of data processed on the basis of voluntary consent, immediately after the consent is withdrawn.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

13. Data breach incident handling

In case of a personal data breach, the controller shall immediately launch an investigation procedure to assess the nature, causes and consequences of the breach. The controller shall take into consideration the probability of the risk of violating the rights or freedoms of the data subjects and assess the level of the risk.

14. E-Mail-Newsletter

If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address for the purpose of sending our newsletter by electronic means on the basis of your consent.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending us a message with appropriate information or using the appropriate link in the newsletter. After receiving such a message, we will stop sending you our newsletter, but your e-mail may still be saved by us.
